SolaXCloud serves as a monitoring application that allows end-users and agents to assess the inverter status, yield, load consumption, and exported energy at any time through cloud data analysis.

End-users have the flexibility to utilize either remote or local login methods to access real-time data and adjust inverter settings. In contrast, agents are restricted to remote login for viewing site information and inverter data to uphold user privacy.

Description of End-user Login:

Upon successful login, end-users gain access to various data such as site name, panel size, inverter number, battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy, and more. The SolaXCloud platform collects and processes data every 5 minutes, providing users with a dynamic flow chart to monitor power distribution across panels, inverters, batteries, grid connections, and loads. When inverter data is online, users can adjust settings like date & time, safety parameters, power factor, work mode, charger settings, and others. Notably, entering an advanced password is mandatory for accessing advanced and super parameter settings.

Description of Agent Login:

Upon successful agent login, agents have visibility over user details, site information, inverter lists, authorization status, and account specifics including contact person information, address details, system commission dates, rated power output, user names, today's yield figures as well as total yield statistics.
